Welcome to Urban Grocer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of urbangrocer.store and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send harmful or fraudulent content.
2. Your account
You may need an account to place orders or use features such as the wishlist. You must give accurate and up-to-date information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, so please tell us right away if you think it has been misused.
3. Products and availability
We try to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately, but images are for illustration and packaging or brand details may change. Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order. If we find a pricing error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item. The payment options available are shown at checkout.
5. Placing and accepting orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it to you or deliver it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, incomplete delivery details, suspected fraud, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide a correct address and phone number and be available to receive your order. Delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect details or events outside our control are not our liability.
7. Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please follow our Return Policy. It forms part of these Terms.
8. Age-restricted and health-related products
Any age-restricted products we offer are sold only to adults aged 18 or over, and we may ask for proof of age on delivery. Personal care and health-related products are provided for general use, and information on our website is not medical advice. Please read the label and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
9. Intellectual property
The Urban Grocer name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the website and our service running smoothly and accurately, but we provide them "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date. Continuing to use the website or placing an order after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
